1. Before checkout, choose
the SIZE you want, including the digital version

2. Choose the COLOR for background

3. Add your personalization in the text box provided

- Quantity of the pets

We can put more than one pet on one portrait, but pricing is per pet, so please ensure you select the right quantity when ordering.

4. Send your PHOTOS

Send in your photos via Etsy messaging. Please make sure that your photo has a good quality for the best result!

5. You will receive a sample “proof” of how your print will look in a day or two.
After your approval, your print will be created and shipped within 1-2 business days.

♥ if you chose DIGITAL version after approval you will receive a link to download the printable poster of the size you've asked

♥ RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item in it's original condition (unused) within 14 days of delivery of your shipment

• Please note that we cannot accept the returns of used items, custom designs/sizes or items returned more than 15 days past delivery.

• shipping cost is not refundable and buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees at any case.

• If you make an order, it means that you have read all the terms and warnings and agree to them by default. We accept the return of unused stickers, but if you cut or paste the decals and then decide to claim back their value, in this case, NO refund will be made.
